Your accommodation consists of a 4 bedroom house over 3 floors and your private pool (8x4 meters). One half of the house pictured below. The house is part of a holiday complex ideal for a family vacation. We can offer complete golf packages with 9 golf courses to choose from. Remember Turkey is still a low cost country, but we maintain a high quality residence. You really get value for money here. This is luxurious villas.

Belek is a growing resort in south west Turkey that attracts family groups looking for relaxing beach holidays, and keen golfers making the most of the many golf courses found here. Belek is a stylish holiday centre that has grown out of two tiny villages on this beautiful turquoise coast of Turkey - Belek and Kadriye. Now beyond the old centres you will find leading hotel names as well as three and four star establishments, all offering the hospitality for which this part of Turkey is renowned. There are many restaurants and bars in both Belek and Kadriye. Belek is 35 km from Antalya Airport.

Belek as well as Kadriye boasts a wide sandy beach, lapped by the warm waters of the Mediterranean. Pine forests surrounding the resort give shelter and shade and provide a pleasant walking environment away from the beach. Belek is becoming recognised as a centre of golfing excellence with 9 international class golf courses within easy reach of our resort. There is also aqua parks, paintball area, children’s zoo, riding school etc, so your family will never run out of holiday activities to try. The coast around Belek is dotted with coves and fishing villages, so a boat trip is a must. This stretch of coastline is also a nesting ground for the Loggerhead Turtle and the lesser known Green Turtle. Belek is also a haven for birds. Look out for the Tyto Alba, a hooded owl which is symbol of Belek region.

 

 

About our accomadations

The Villa Belek Resort near the town of Belek situated 25 min. from Antalya airport.
The houses have 3 floors:
The top floor consists of a large bedroom, shower, toilet and exit to a large roof terrace.
The 1st. floor consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Access to a balcony from one of the bedrooms.
The ground floor consists of a completely furbished kitchen/dining area including dishwasher and a living room with access to the terrace and pool. There is also a toilet on this floor and a washing machine.
All the rooms have air-conditioning.
We can arrange for baby beds/chairs if needed.
The house is 209 square meters with marble flooring, private parking and a satellite dish for television.
This is very high quality holiday accommodation in an area with approx. 300 days of sunshine each year.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The holiday complex consists of approx. 130 villas, swimming pool for adults and children in the common area; here you can also find a pool bar where you can purchase food and beverages.

The complex is located within walking distance to two small towns Belek and Kadriye. These towns have managed to retain their local charm and most of your shopping needs can be met here. It is worth noting that aggressive sellers/tradesmen are forbidden and this means that you get to walk around these charming towns in peace compared with some of the other larger towns e.g. Alanya and Kemer.

An alternative to renting a car is to use the local bus service (dolmus) which pass by the complex frequently and have a service to the closest large towns such as Alanya, Side and Antalya. There is also a tractor pulled carriage service to Belek and Kadriye, other hotels, aqua land at Troy and Ali Bey and the public beaches. At Belek Beach and Kadriye Beach you will find many quality restaurants and possibilities for outdoor dancing in the evening.

The Belek area is renowned for its high quality and to date there is 9 fantastic golf courses and plans to expand with 2 more.

The flight from Norway to Antalya takes less than 4 hours, the time difference is +1 hour. Most major credit cards can be used, the local currency is Turkish lire but you can use both Euro and US dollar.

A visa is required to enter Turkey and for a stay of less than 30 days this can be purchased at the airport for 20 Euro, for longer stays you must contact the Turkish embassy.

ARRIVAL
The complex is situated 30 km. east of the airport at Antalya. This means that it is just a short bus/taxi drive to the complex. We of course can organize transport to and from the airport for you if that is desired, this costs 50 Euro for a mini-bus (up to 7 people)or 30 Euro for a car (up to 3 people). We can also organize car rental for you, we have good deals with the local rental companies.
The drive takes app. 25-30 minutes. Find road directions.

CAR RENTAL
This is a luxury we can arrange for you at a cost of approx. €140 per week in the low season (1/10-1/6) or €209 in the high season (1/6-1/10).

The price includes free mileage, compulsory 3rd party insurance, insurance against theft and 24 hour road Rent a car with us.service, the price will vary according to the type of car you rent, the example here is based on a standard 5 seat car (Fiat Albea). All the rental cars are at the earliest 2004 model and are equipped with air-condition.

You pick up the car at the airport and deliver it back to the same place when you leave, or for an extra cost of €20 we will deliver the car to the house you are renting.

GOLF
Play golf in Belek, Turkey.Lets say right away: This is the perfect place for a golfing holiday.
This is Turkey`s golf Mecca and attracts top players from all over Europe, simply a golfing paradise. There are 9 magnificent golf courses all within a 5 minute drive from our villas, 5 of these courses are PGA approved and the last 2 courses opened were designed by Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie. There are plans for several new courses in the near future.

SPA
There are many good offers to try the famous Turkish Spa experience (Hamam) in the local area. This is an ideal way to get rid of stress, relax and forget daily trivia.

ALPINE CENTER
Another interesting attraction within an hours drive is a great alpine ski center: Saklikent Ski Resort. This resort is open from January to May and is located in the majestic Taurus mountain range. There are other activities available here such as rafting and mountain hikes. So why not have a downhill run in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon!

AQUA-PARKS / DOLPHIN SHOW
There are a few Aqua-parks you can visit which are ideal for the family. Two good examples are AliBey Belek and Troy Aqua & Dolphinarium and as the name suggests Troy has a fantastic dolphin show which we highly recommend.

SAFARI TRIPS, HIKING, TREKKING
Safari trips. A special type of attraction here it a Safari trip, on these trips you drive with either a jeep or a 4-wheel motorbike and of course a guide to show you around some beautiful nature. There are also tremendous opportunities for hiking, trekking and rock-climbing.

OTHER SPORT
The opportunities for other types of activities/sports are enormous we can mention: tennis, beach volley ball, horse riding, diving, sailing, paragliding, water scooters and many other water sports.

The area is also popular with top European soccer teams for training camps.
